Celebrating Limón Around the World

Several Dance Companies, Schools and Colleges around the world celebrated the 70th Anniversary of the Limón Dance Company by performing José Limón’s masterworks.

The Limón Dance Foundation is fortunate to have so many early members of the Limón Dance Company, who worked closely with José.  These extraordinary artists are now teaching and staging the Limón dances with the same eloquence with which they once performed them. It is because of their artistry and knowledge that the experience of acquiring a Limón work can be so inspiring for today’s dancers.
